LEE Style 是由 LEE COMPANY 發展的陪伴式行動方法。我們相信，改變不來自完美的計畫，而是來自有人願意站在現場，一起把事情完成。
LEE Style 不僅是概念，更是一套陪伴他人從「想法」走到「行動」的工作方式。
LEE Style is an "accompaniment based action framework" developed by LEE COMPANY. We believe that lasting change doesn't come from a perfect plan on paper, but from those willing to stand on the front lines and get the job done together.
LEE Style 如何運作？
LEE COMPANY 以「陪伴」作為核心，結合以下三個實踐面向：
1. 站在現場（Be Present）
真正理解問題，與團隊、參與者站在同一個場域。
Deeply understanding the context by standing in the same field as our teams and participants.
2. 一起設計（Design Together）
透過體驗設計、展覽、活動與專案規劃，把抽象理念轉化為可理解、可參與的形式。
Transforming abstract concepts into tangible experiences, exhibitions, and projects.
3. 把事做完（Make It Happen）
陪伴執行、調整與落地，直到行動真的發生。
Accompanying the execution and iteration until the action truly takes root.
